Mindgame Return & Refund Policy

At Mindgame, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’ve made returning items easy.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • All items are eligible for return—there are no final sale items.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is free. Instructions will be provided when you initiate a return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • No restocking fees apply.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at granvillezion@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
