Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or try-before-you-buy. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases, as well as how cancellations work for regular (non-subscription) items.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew, you can cancel your subscription.

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your orders, and you can manage your subscription from there.

Non-Subscription Items
For standard (non-subscription) items, you can cancel your order before it ships. Once the item has shipped, you will need to follow our returns policy to return the item for a refund.
